200+ Nurses Transformed

Exhausted from 12-Hour Shifts? Feel Confident in Your Scrubs Again with the Metabolic Priming Method.

No restrictive diets, endless cardio, overwhelming workouts or feeling exhausted 24-7.

Dear nurses who are fed up with feeling burnt out

We get it.

Getting fit when you’re juggling 12-hour shifts, night shifts, and a schedule that’s all over the place feels impossible.

It’s overwhelming.

It’s frustrating.

And it makes you wonder: Will I ever feel like myself again?

You’re noticing changes in your body that weren’t there a few years ago…

You’re questioning if the energy you once had is gone for good…

And with all the conflicting advice out there, it’s hard to know where to even start:

Should I do another workout class after my shift?

Try that diet trend everyone’s talking about?

What about strength training—will it work for me?

To top it off, it feels like you have to choose between your job or your health.

And let’s not forget the endless scrolling on social media, feeling motivated one minute and giving up on it all a few weeks later… only to end up back in the same cycle.

What if someone could just make it simple?

That’s exactly why I created this program.

We’ve helped over 200 nurses like you lose fat for good—without burnout or gimmicks.

With simple guiding principles designed to fit into YOUR schedule, not the other way around.

Best of all: It works.

So if you’ve ever thought, even for a second, that you’re ready to take the next step… let this be your sign to act.

Why?

Because nothing will impact all areas of your life more than becoming healthy and fit—on YOUR terms.

Fill out the application below to start your transformation.

Because you deserve to feel amazing in your scrubs—and your life.

What our community says

  • “More self-confidence, clothes are fitting nicer and feel more comfortable wearing tighter clothes. Weights are going up, and I'm feeling and looking stronger. I have so much more energy on my days off now and can actually enjoy them. I now feel excited to go to the gym and love fueling my body. I enjoy trying new recipes that have been shared in the group chat. On days where I’m too tired and have no motivation, I remind myself that working out gives me energy, and it really does work 🙌. The programme being aimed at nurse and healthcare workers gave me a lot of comfort that others can and have done it, so can I.”

    Aneesa B.

Day + Night Shift Nurse - Surgical Ward

“A much better relationship with food, down almost 13 lbs, loving working out again! It has gotten so much more positive. I don’t feel like I’m just working out to lose weight, I’m doing it to give my body strength! Same thing with food, I’m not restricting myself, and I feel more positive about fueling my body. This program has taught me that I am capable of caring for myself in a sustainable way. Going on vacation and not feeling guilty about what I’m eating because I know how to balance my plate.”

    Steph A.

Travel PACU Nurse (Days + Nights)

“Making more health-conscious choices with my food. Got back into working out and staying with it. Learning how to get back to healthy meals after a rough week/having a for-fun unbalanced meal. It has helped with my 'all or nothing' mindset and being okay with not being 100% all the time but how to work around it. Workouts and accountability have been great with scheduled check-ins and the opportunity to get feedback on your progress.”

    Nicole A.

    Med Surg Nurse Night Shift

"By nurses for nurses ❤️. The community aspect also has been super helpful - it’s the only notification I get on my phone that doesn’t give me anxiety and gives me gentle reminders all day to refocus on myself and my goals."

    Dervishe K.

    Night Shift ICU Nurse

“Becoming more confident in myself and my body. More consistency with workouts and nutrition. Better understanding of my own health needs. 10000% I have become more conscious of the nutrients I am putting into my body, ensuring that they benefit me long-term. Now, fitness and nutrition are a part of who I am, not just something I do.”

    Hali M.

    RN Clinical Expediter/Floor Nurse

“I started gaining more energy, got a scheduled routine going which helped me a lot, and began to actually see results which motivated me even further. I actually am enjoying fitness instead of seeing it as a chore or something I dreaded. It's become a vital part of my day that I look forward to!”

    Samantha R.

    Night Shift Psych Nurse

“Finally got below the 200 lb mark that felt so far away. More consistency with tracking and figuring out what good food looks like. I only need 4 days of workout instead of trying to go every day and feeling guilty if I didn’t. Picking better food and building my day ahead of time has been a game changer. Accountability and weekly check-ins one-on-one with a coach is what sold me. The weekly check-ins with Ashley are invaluable for advice on sleep, mobility, stress, and food.”

    Kelsey

    Night Shift PCU Nurse

“Every part has been so helpful, especially the weekly check-ins with Ashley for advice on sleep, mobility, stress, and food. I never thought I’d have to eat so much to reach my body goals and learning to count macros really makes all the difference. I thought it wouldn’t work because I’d tried other trainers before without success. Two friends raved about this program’s style and trainers, making it feasible to reach goals. Nutrition has been the most helpful aspect, providing something sustainable that was missing in my other fitness trials.”

    Norma V.

    ER Nurse Day Shift

“Lost weight while eating more(!?), cultivated a better relationship with food, understanding balance between gym/life/work balance. I wanted to join the program for accountability purposes, and that has definitely been the most helpful for me - knowing I’m being monitored every week, so I’m not only letting myself down, but my coach as well.”

    Abby E.

    Night Shift L+D Nurse

“Showing my daughter the importance of being strong and taking care of her body. I have become more consistent and focused in the gym and with my nutrition. I’m setting a great example. I feel more powerful and capable. I have the right tools and support to continue this journey. I think having a workout buddy would help me stay even more consistent.”

    Christina E.

    Day Shift PACU Nurse

“Increased strength, positive mindset in terms of body image, and feeling healthier overall. It has made a 180 from negative & hopeless to positive & motivated. I no longer view food as the enemy but as fuel that helps me achieve my goals.”

About
About
About

Meet Abby, the founder of The Strong Female.

While working 12-hour night shifts in the ER during Nursing School, I struggled to balance my demanding schedule with a sustainable fitness routine. Burning myself out trying to do it all, I realized there were no resources out there tailored to nursing schedules.

Through trial and error, I developed the less-is-more approach—a simple, effective way to achieve fitness goals without overcomplicating the process. It’s designed to fit into your life, not take it over.

That’s why I started The Strong Female and created the Fit Nurse Method, a program specifically for hardworking nurses. My mission is to provide the tools, guidance, and support you need to achieve your dream results—without sacrificing family time, your favorite meals, or your sanity.

With personalized coaching, flexible eating strategies, and sustainable workouts, I’ve helped hundreds of nurses transform their health and rediscover their confidence. When you feel your best, you can show up fully for your shifts, your family, and yourself. Let me help you make it happen.
